Abstract

• In July 2018, in Kota Banjarmasin there was a deflation of 0.12 percent. The calendar inflation rate of 2018 (July 2018 to December 2017) was 1.56 percent and the year-on-year inflation rate was 2.11 percent. Commodities that experienced price increases with the highest inflation share in the city of Banjarmasin include chicken meat, chicken eggs, cell phone pulse rate, gasoline, fried chicken.

• In Kota Tanjung, in July 2018 experienced inflation of 0.94 percent. Calendar inflation rate 2018 (July 2018 to December 2017) inflation of 3.36 percent and inflation rate "year on year" is 3.69 percent. Commodities that experienced price increases with the highest inflation rate in Tanjung City include: long beans, sweet corn, house contracts, cayenne pepper, chicken eggs.

• Of 82 cities that calculated the consumer price index, 68 cities experienced inflation, the highest inflation in Sorong was 1.47 percent, and the lowest in Surabaya was 0.03 percent, and 14 cities experienced deflation, the highest deflation in Ambon was 1 , 45 percent, the lowest of Palembang by 0.01 percent.
