Abstract

Tools commonly used measure is the Human Development Index (HDI) considering the very breadth dimensions of human development, but at least the HDI can describe the results of the implementation of the human development indicators according to the three components very basic human capabilities. This instrument has been used both at national and international level in view of the results of development of each province or state. Furthermore, this measure was expanded usefulness in the lower level, namely at the level of district / city.
