Abstract

Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify statistical data requirements and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD has been carried out by the Directorate of Statistics Dissemination through the Statistics Referral Sub-Directorate since 2005.In 2019, BPS will again hold SKD in the Central BPS, 34 Provincial BPS, and 479 Regency / City BPS. The 2018 SKD results are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, data needs analysis, data quality satisfaction analysis, service unit performance analysis, and anti-corruption perception analysis. This analysis is complemented by the presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK).
